I'm an operations person — professionally and in the things I do for fun. I work on systems, processes, and the technology that supports both, with a particular interest in freeing people from tedious work so they can spend more time on things that actually matter.

I'm also a creative. I write, make art, and do collaborative storytelling on Avendar, a text-based roleplaying game I've been part of for a long time.
